Commercial mortgages are a different beast in itself. We at Fair Mortgage Solutions attack a commercial mortgage right at the heart of the beast! Most brokers are scared of them, where we almost honor them. A lot would call us “ballsy” as my Manager would call it, where we just love a challenge. I have to say congrats to Graeme, it’s not over yet but hard work deserves a great reward.

The market for commercial is tight right now but in this market, it’s not only what you know but who you know. Knowing the right people along with with an extensive knowledge base of our 20+ years of combined experience can be a huge asset.
